Reached when the cluster entity's secondary animation timer has expired and the entity handler address has wrapped. Steps back seven bytes, writes the Retire_Expired_Entity_Advance handler to the entity record, and advances via Retire_Expired_Entity_Advance. Transitions the entity out of the homing phase into the final retire countdown.
