39296: Set Graphic Attributes
Used by the routine at HandlerRoomItem.
Sets the attributes of the cells that a graphic covers. This is the same as DrawGraphic but with the handlers in SetGraphicAttributesHandlers, which are the routines from SetAttributes_Upright onwards.
