B638: Sort Jump Table
The routines that DrawObjectsInOrder uses for each combination of the codes for the three axes. The entries are in groups of three for the three codes of the height, in groups of three of those for the three codes of y, and in groups of three of those for the three codes of x.
ResolveObjectOrder_InFront is used when the object considered is in front of the other on some axes and behind on none, so it has to be drawn after the other one. ResolveObjectOrder_Behind is used when it is behind on some axes and in front on none, so it can be drawn before. ResolveObjectOrder is used when it is in front on some axes and behind on others, and ResolveObjectOrder_Overlap when the two overlap on all of them; in both cases there is nothing to say which comes first.
