Fires a streamer to the right of Robbie, if he is not too close to the right edge of the play area.

A The X position of Robbie
HL The weapon object
FireStreamer_Right 69DF CP $B8 Return if Robbie is too close to the right edge.

69E2 ADD A,$18 Add 18 to the X position (so it starts to the right of Robbie).
69E4 LD (HL),$12 Write 12 (a streamer moving right) to the state of the weapon.
