40232: Draw Special Room Parts
The routines that draw the parts of the frame of a special room that are chosen by the four tables at Special_Room_Frame_Tables. Each entry draws one to three pictures (see Room_Graphics) and returns to the code that called it. The entries are in the order of their addresses: they are not grouped by table.
