Used by the routines at Handle_Sabreman_On_Rope and Handle_Rope.
Draws the rope in its new position and erases it from its old position. The drawing of a line uses XOR, so drawing the old line again removes it.
The old position of the anchor and the old end of the rope are put in the main register set and the new ones in the shadow register set. The new end of the rope is stored as the old one for the next time. Draw_Line draws both lines.
