Used by the routines at Initialise_Display_And_Border and Adjust_Score_Field_Cursor.
Writes INK: WHITE, PAPER: BLACK (BRIGHT) (bright white on black) to 1C consecutive attribute cells from HL. Called to highlight a complete score entry row when the cursor moves.

HL Pointer to the attribute area (advanced by 2 before writing)
Highlight_Score_Entry_Row EE1D INC HL Skip past the table position bytes and set the fill count to 1C.
