Writes an attribute to a run of cells down a column of the attribute file.

HL Address of the first cell
B Number of cells
C Attribute
FillAttributeColumn 46734 LD DE,32 Set the distance to the next row to 32.
FillAttributeColumn_Loop 46737 LD (HL),C Write the attribute.
46738 ADD HL,DE Move down to the next row.
46739 DJNZ FillAttributeColumn_Loop Loop back until all of the cells have been filled.
46741 RET Return.
