Jumps to the routine that draws the piece. The displacement of the relative jump at JumpToDrawingRoutine_Jump is held in D702 and chosen by SetUpPiece and SetUpFlatPiece: zero for the routine in IY, 02 for DrawSlopeRows, 05 for DrawMirroredSlopeRows, 08 for DrawSlopeRowsFromEdge and 0B for DrawMirroredRowsFromEdge.
