Used by the routine at LocatePicture.
Jumps to the routine that draws the piece. The displacement of the relative jump at JumpToDrawingRoutine_Jump is held in 55042 and chosen by SetUpPiece and SetUpFlatPiece: zero for the routine in IY, 2 for DrawSlopeRows, 5 for DrawMirroredSlopeRows, 8 for DrawSlopeRowsFromEdge and 11 for DrawMirroredRowsFromEdge.
