One step of the loop that runs at the start of a life, in which the world scrolls past while the fuel gauge is updated. The step is done by ScrollWorld, which comes back to LookForGround while the flag at ScrollInFlag is not zero. The flag is 255 while the scroll is looking for the ground, and then 3 until the loop ends.
