Used by the routine at HandleCrosshair.
Part of the handler for the crosshair, which is entered when the left control is pressed. Moves the crosshair left, but not past the left limit.

E The speed of the crosshair
L The horizontal position of the crosshair
MoveCrosshairLeft BCB6 LD A,L Fetch the horizontal position.
BCB7 SUB E Subtract the speed.
BCB8 CP $2C Jump to HandleCrosshair_SetHorizontal if the crosshair is not past it.
BCBA JR NC,HandleCrosshair_SetHorizontal
BCBC LD A,$2C Stop at the left limit.
BCBE JR HandleCrosshair_SetHorizontal Jump to set the position.
