Used by the routine at HandleCrosshair.
Part of the handler for the crosshair, which is entered when the left control is pressed. Moves the crosshair left, but not past the left limit.

E The speed of the crosshair
L The horizontal position of the crosshair

48311 SUB E Subtract the speed.
48312 CP 44 Jump to HandleCrosshair_SetHorizontal if the crosshair is not past it.

48316 LD A,44 Stop at the left limit.
48318 JR HandleCrosshair_SetHorizontal Jump to set the position.
